• Publicly listed business contact information displayed on the website.
• Public DNS records and publicly available review data.

If you are a business owner and wish to have your data removed from our platform, contact support@prospectori.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform, including providers of:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting: For database hosting, authentication, file storage, and application delivery.
• Payment Processing: A PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor that handles all payment method details directly. We never have access to your card information.
• Email Delivery: For sending transactional emails such as purchase confirmations and account notices.
• Analytics & Error Monitoring: Privacy-focused analytics and error tracking tools that collect non-identifiable data to help us improve reliability.
• AI Processing: AI services used to generate lead summaries and pitch suggestions. Only public business data is sent — never your personal information. Your data is not used to train external models.

All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent mechanisms recognised under applicable law.
